Cast iron "T" shaped hollow box spandrel composed of six separate castings. Front and back plates have scrolled ornamentation. Recessed panels with fluting. Rosette bolted onto center of plate.
Reverse of each plate has series of tabs with threaded holes for mounting bolts. Each respective side of spandrel has set of two interlocking plates which have holes for bolts. Upper plate has recessed panel with scaled ornament. Lower plate has recessed panel with fluting. Has rosette bolted on.
Remnants of paint on front and sides.
DISASSEMBLED one lower corner is broken on one panel..
