Description

A single hair grip (bobby pin / hairpin) of the slide type, with a slim, slightly tapered bar of dark (near-black) translucent plastic mounted along a sprung metal wire. The plastic bar is embedded with confetti flecks — small chips of silver/metallic, white, red, and gold suspended in the dark resin, in the "confetti lucite" manner. The bar caps the upper leg of a U-shaped sprung metal pin; the plain wire end projects at one side and the looped end at the other. The second image (side/profile view) shows the dark plastic bar seated along the bright metal wire of the grip. Intact and glossy; the metal wire shows some darkening/oxidation.
