Capped, the tube reads as a plain black cylinder with a bright metal seam-band at the cap/base join. Uncapped, the metal barrel — now heavily tarnished/oxidized to a dark greenish-grey over an originally bright gilt or silvered finish — rises from the black base and carries a white inner collar holding an orange-to-coral bullet, used and irregularly worn, with surface mottling/spotting.Use
