A clear amber molded-plastic circular tape case (two-part: domed lid + base, with a sliding latch), printed/embossed "EMITAPE — E.M.I. TAPE LTD. HAYES · MIDDLESEX · ENGLAND." Inside is a printed paper disc insert headed "INDEX D'ENREGISTREMENTS / INDEX TO RECORDINGS" with "SIDE / SPEED" fields and ruled lines (multilingual: French, German "Aufnahmen Verzeichnis," Spanish "Planilla de Grabaciones"), and "EMITAPE" at the foot — left blank/unfilled. A small printed "IMPORTANT" leaflet notes the tape has a polyester film base and to use EMITAPE jointing tape (not liquid solution). The reel is a clear EMITAPE reel (≈5 in., "MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN / EMITAPE RECORDING TAPE," "SIDE 1," with a 1–6 footage scale) fully wound with brown ¼-inch recorded tape, a red index sticker on one spoke.Context
