Nan is originally from Cambridge, Massachusetts and moved to California five years ago. She has a son, two daughters and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Nan was a therapist working with adults, which she loved. She liked helping people.
Art with Elders is her first experience with making art and taking art classes. What Nan enjoys the most is the freedom she feels creating art. Nan states “I learned that I could do it. I didn’t think I could.”
