When I started taking art classes with Art With Elders, in 2021, I was not very good at drawing or painting. In just a short time I have become so much better. I try to keep a positive attitude in life and creating art makes me feel good.
Art class is therapeutic for me and helps me pass the time productively. I helps me mentally and socially and I do it regularly. I look forward to coming to class and seeing my friend Mai and all the other students.
My art is colorful and is inspired by the place I am originally from, Pampanga in the Philippines. Some words of wisdom are “Nothing is easy but life is beautiful. Be thankful with what you have.
