My name is Alicia Hernandez, I am 77 years old. I was born in Mexico City. I was the first-born in a family of sixteen siblings. I am a widow; my husband passes away in 1995. I have four children, two girls and two boys. I have six grandchildren.
As for the art classes, they have been like a oasis in the middle of the desert. The short time that I had access to Santiago’s classes they were enjoyable, fun and I started to draw, without ever taking a drawing class. Hugh is different, he has other techniques, he is also patient, educated. It has been a wonderful experience for me.
