Color always appeals to me! This was an interesting and striking combination of color and surfaces to project that color. It takes a kind of strength to pull that out and all together! Painting this was a strong learning experience and the first time I had experienced and been inspired by aboriginal art. I’m always looking for new ways to learn. I search for and try out fresh methods and approaches to working. For example, aboriginal art work opens new styles of drawing and painting and broadens my attempts for my artistic work to flourish. That is a new level of learning and having experiences that widen both my self expression and artistic interests.
