Doing art with elders has inspired me to get out of bed and express myself even when others in this world tell me I don’t fit.
Sharing with such a great teacher (Hugh) and the opportunity to speak through my work and participate with others and be supported and encouraged to expand and express is so helpful and gives me a reason to get out of bed in this sometimes lonely isolating experience of aging at home alone!!!
The freedom to just see what comes thru the power to express and be able to share with others on zoom is a lifesaver!
