Yuk Po Chan is originally from Vietnam and began participating in the Art with Elders class at Central Gardens in March 2026. Yuk Po Chan enjoys helping people and loves talking and communicating with others.
Creating art is something Yuk Po Chan enjoys because it helps keep her busy. Participating in the class has also been an opportunity to get to know other people in the nursing home community and make connections with others.
One idea that has helped guide her in life is that it is better to give than receive.
