Cristina who hails from the Philippines describes herself as a friendly, approachable, and sympathetic person. She joined the Art With Elders class at Curry Senior Center in 2024.
Cristina shares that she has made friends in the class and likes to help newcomers feel welcome. In the class, “I have learned to be patient and creative and to use my imagination. I can put what is in my mind in colors and create my own creation.”
Cristina’s words of wisdom, “Life is like a box of chocolates you never know what you’re going to get. Life is full of colors.”
