I'm from San Francisco, though raised in Marin County, then finally settled here in 1991.
I like to try various things, folk dancing, pickle ball, etc. now that I'm retired.
Art started with a little how-to-watercolor book, promising a finished work in 30 minutes. That fit me because I feel I have undiagnosed ADHD.
I go on Pinterest and Michael's free art classes on Zoom to learn and try new media.
Now I like oil painting, but I’m working on drawing. I have a rather quick abstract style.
What I tell people is: if I can do it, you can too!
Nothing turns out perfect but it will impress yourself.
