I come from a small town in Poland. We had a house and garden – one side was vegetables, the other was flowers-with sunflowers that were so beautiful. (The dog was kept on a leash so he wouldn’t get into any of it!) I chose to work with flowers because it reminds me of this beloved home.
When I was a child we went on a school outing to Warsaw. There we saw a garden that remains in my memory.
Creating “Flowers From My Memory That I Still Love” gave me more memories of home, my wonderful parents and the family. Now that I am free, I am happy to express myself. This is the beginning as I work with painting, I will continue to grow with this! I express myself with thanks to my teacher because I never did this before…and thanks to myself for being open to creating something brand new!!
