Guillermina Naranjo Garcia is originally from Cuba. She joined the Art With Elders class at On Lok San Jose in 2023. Guillermina reports that through the class she has met other people who like to paint. About creating art, she says, “I like it, it’s fun.” One thing in particular that Guillermina has enjoyed learning about from her instructor Dmitry is how to mix different colors. “I work hard to master painting and it’s never too late to achieve a goal…if you try, you will succeed.“
