Donna, a compassionate and loving individual from Oakland, joined AWE in February 2025, embarking on a journey that would deepen her creative spirit. In her time with AWE, she has found joy in the camaraderie of fellow artists and the enriching art lessons that have shaped her talent. Through painting and creating, Donna has discovered that art is a powerful form of self-expression.
As she honed her skills, she realized that each stroke of the brush reveals a unique facet of her creativity. Donna often shares her belief that “people are more creative than they think, and we each have our own individual ways of expression.”
