Philips G7000 Videopac Computer with attached joysticks
A slightly redesigned version of the Magnavox Odyssey 2, the Videopac was sold in markets where the PAL television standard was used, including Europe and Australia.
The Videopac differed from the competing Atari 2600 in that it had a built-in keyboard. This would seem to make it a proper microcomputer rather than just a games console, although the only non-game application available was a simple programming tool called “Computer Intro” and with no external storage there was little point in trying to use the device for word processing or accounting.
