Discusses difficulties with estimates for Arrow/Iroquois. The Minister of National Defence noted there was a problem in making up his main estimates for 1959-60, as to what assumptions should be made about the decision to be taken before the end of March concerning future policy in regard to the Arrow and the Iroquois engine.
