Report Number 7/ELASTICS/3 - The report discusses the various noise producing elements associated with the Arrow Aircraft and the effect of these on personnel, equipment and structure. Several problems are shown to exist and methods of treatment are suggested. The overall problem, except for the community reaction situation, appears to be soluble with little resulting penalty to the aircraft. File includes an unsubstantiated telephone conversation with respect to the history of this document which escaped destruction. Approved by A. Thomann
