Description
This Avro report (Paper) was presented at the Copenhagen Meeting of the AGARD Structures and Materials Panel. Paper discusses the problems which arise due to the heating of a structure. The magnitude and accuracy of the heat sources and their effects on the structure are discussed and is followed by a more complete assessment of the engine bay problem, its heating, structural effects and design considerations.
