pg. 101 The Warning Lines - Mention is made that the $200,000,000 Mid-Canada early warning line will be in full operation in early April, weather permitting. This line will be manned by some 800 Canadian civilians at an annual cost of about $18,000,000. As well the the furthest north early warning line called the Dew Line costing about $400,000,000 is expected to be completed in July
