* Names in the News • Canadian Pacific Airlines has an nounced six recent executive changes in the company organization. The changes come with the expansion in CPA's routes and equipment. H. Donald Cameron becomes execu tive assistant to the president. Mr. Cameron graduated with a Masters degree from the University of To ronto in 1940 and immediately joined the Meteorological Div. of the DoT. During World War II he was in charge of meteorological stations for the RCAF at various stations in Can ada . Prior to joining CPA in 1954, he held several important DoT posts. I. A. Gray has been named ge neral manager, operations . Before entering this department, Mr. Gray directed the maintenance and engineering pro grams of CPA's domestic and interna tional fleets. Joining CPA in 1943, he became director of maintenance 111 1952. W. A. Chambers 1s now assistant general manager, operations. Born, raised and educated in Edmonton, Mr. Chambers started his aviation career with Yukon Southern Airways, one of the ten companies that formed CPA in 1942. After serving in the RCN during World War II , he returned to CPA and was sent to Vancouver as mana ger, western lines. He has risen through several executive positions to his present post. Captain R. B. Leslie, appointed dir ector of flight operations. A barn stormer of the old days, Capt. Leslie started his commercial flying career in 1931; has been with CPA since the in ception of the company. During World War II, he served as both a flying in structor and in the RAF Ferry Com mand.
