Minutes of meeting discussing Genie issues:
There will be a delay in meeting the minimum operational requirements on time
One or more of money, schedule or capability will be affected negatively
Engineering does not yet have the clearances required to proceed in detail
Genie should be easier to design than Sparrow
Flight tests, ASTRA, will take up to two years
Arrow 22 could be used for the ASTRA part
Financial authority required by Nov 1, 1958 and optimistic delivery is 1962
