In the years 1951 to 1959 he worked at Ave Roe Orenda in Malton, Ontario, then onto Nobel, Ontario where he was Test Sub-Forman at Nobel in 1951. Orenda Crew Chief on engine testing and in charge of rigs (Sub-Foreman A/B-R.B.C.R) 1956. In the office building photo taken in 1958, worked on the CF-105 Avro Arrow’s Iroquois engine. .
