On Feb 19, 1959 he flew in RL-203 to check the fly-by-wire systems with "Spud" Potocki at the controls. The Arrow program was cancelled the next day. Occupation on a voter's list (found via Ancestry.ca) in York-Scarborough, Ontario stated as an A. V. Roe employee
