Government of Canada employee, started Mechanical Engineering Division 1938. Tool & Die Maker L/H - Worked with the NRC - posted to the NRC Cold Weather Test Station 1943. While with the National Research Council - went to UK for jet engine visit 1943, with Turbo Research in April 46, before transferring to Avro's Gas Turbine Division in the spring of 1946 as a Tool & Die Maker. Was in the 1953 Machine Shop photo. Joined Orenda's 10 Year club in 1956. Listed in Avro News as being a hockey player in 1958. Went to Nobel and stayed with Orenda until Black Friday. Proper given names may have been W. Raymond.
