Avro employee. part of the original Arrow design team and CEO @ CAE Aircraft (Wpg) in 1982. He was one of the crew who hoisted Zura on his shoulders after the first flight of RL201. Listed as Aircraft Aerodynamics 21 Sep 1959. Flight-test engineer who attended roll-out of Arrow in 1957 and the Winnipeg replica in 1996 (note that some sources had last name as Woollley vs Wooley)
