Avro employee. Employee Services (Personnel Dept) Publicist - 1957. Involved with first flight of the Arrow 1958. Writer of Hear-See 1958 & contributor of Entertainment to newsmagazine 1958. Elwy reported that CBC and ABC had a program called Breakthrough, a live action presidentation which had an Air Force pilot taking off in an Avro Arrow. Attended Avro Arrow reunion, International Centre, Malton March 26, 1983. Stated in 1984 that he regretted conducting exit interviews with terminated Avro employes. Attends 1996 unveiling of Arrow replica in Winnipeg.
