The information in the blurb is inaccurate, confusing Balboa Island with either Newport Landing or Newport Beach. The photographer is unknown. Distributed by Mitock & Sons, printed and copyright to Colourpicture in Boston. The stamp box reads "P72674" on the bottom edge with a dotted border.Collection
