Description

A further back colorized photograph of the dory fleet, Newport dance hall and a train pulling out of the Newport pier with a frame around it so its like looking at the scene through a window. The border is blue fading to white at the edges of the card and the white frame around the image is raised. Unused. Published by George O. Restall in Los Angeles, California and made in Germany (presumably- as the other cards in the series were). Series NO. N. B. 04. "The Rieder Post Card" is printed on the top. Divided back. The stamp box has a dotted outline and reads "Place Stamp Here Domestic one cent Foreign two cents". Once pasted to a backing board of some kind as there is paper residue on the back.
