A colorized image of the Newport Beach pier looking towards the shore, taken from close to the middle of the tracks. There are people on both sides of the pier fishing and a man walking down the middle of the tracks. Loading equipment is visible near the shore but there are no trains or cars. Photograph number 1650.
Unused. Divided back. Published by Benham Company in Los Angeles and made in California. The stamp box has no border and just reads "Stamp here Domestic 1 cent Foreign 2 cents". There is an icon of an angel blowing a horn with a small sign draped from it readings "Neuner Co. Calitype Process" and a small version of the Benham Co. logo next to it beside the words "Post Card".Subject
