A black and white photograph postcard of the Balboa Pavilion from Balboa Island with an electrical shop and the fun zone visible to the right, namely the Carousal but no Ferris wheel, and what might be a ship yard to the left. The harbor master tower is just behind a sailboat. The photograph was probably taken from around 526-530 South Bay Front. Unused. The back is a standard postcard back with an EKC dashed stamp box. There is no printer or publisher information.
