A large 5" x 7" postcard created by Steve Simon as part of a Newport Beach postcard series. The image features a painting of the Balboa Bay Club and neighbooring buildings along with some of the Fashion Island officeb uildings in the background. The painting was don from the opposite shore to the Bay Club. The back has a small location note and an advertisement for the Balboa Bay Club.
