The office front dutch door is open on top and there are two people in the doorway looking at more people seated in the red electric cards that the office used to show visitors around the island and reach houses. The postcard was sent by an agent off the office to inform the owner, Mrs. Lewyn, that they had rented the upper floor of her house at 1605.5 Balboa Avenue. The back has the message on the left and address on the right. Written in pink maker or highlighter. The litho is by the Post Card Co. or Los Angeles and the card was published or commissioned by the Salisbury reality company.
