A black and white photograph postcard of the Balboa Pier taken from the right of the pier just above the surf break. There are a pair of women playing in the surf and a number of people on the pier itself. A note on the back insides an old woman walked into a rip tide and drowned there. Used. No stamp or stamp marker, but the presence of a message on back indices it was sent with a letter or in an envelope in order to provide visual information. Unknown publisher. EKC stamp box.
