BIM2020.005.49Description
A photograph postcard featuring an aerial photograph of Grand Canal, Marine Avenue, Onyx Avenue, and half of Agate Avenue. There's some additional buildings going further back. Wallie's Market has become Market Spot but there are still a number of buildings missing from the street and two large empty lots at the intersection of Balboa and Marine. The second store on 127 Marine Avenue (The Village Inn) has been built. The photograph was likely taken in the 1930s based on the missing buildings.
Standard postcard back with an ANSCO-AGFA stamp box and a "Made in USA" note. Symbol of an upside down triangle inside a wing with AAS written inside in bottom right corner. Never sent.Subject
