A black and white photograph postcard of the Balboa Island bridge and blocks 1300-900 of North Bay Front. There are still several undeveloped plots of land along North Bay Front and blocks half empty. The Peninsula can be seen slightly on the left side of the photograph and the ocean beyond it. The photograph was taken from the top of the hill next to Jamboree Road which is now Irvine Terrace.
Standard back with an EKC stamp box. Never sent. The words "California 1940's" are penciled in on the back.Subject Place
