A color postcard with an artistic rendition of a three men in a boat, one of whom is pulling in a gigantic fish while the other two cheer him one with hat and bottle in hand. "It may sound big, but here it is" is written in the upper left in black text and "Greetings from Balboa Island, Calif." is written along the bottom in red (customized text).
The back is divided into correspondence and address. Made in the USA. Stamp box reads "Place Stamp here one cent for US and Island possessions Cuba, Canada, and Mexico. Two cents for foreign." Series 925, Freak Fish.
