A postcard book meant to be sent in leu of a series of postcards. The booklet is light green with "Greetings from newport Harbor California written across the front where the envelope flap folds in to seal the cards. The back is light blue with a wave design behind lines for addressing the packet and a box for a stamp. There is a life preserve with an image of boats sailing on the harbor inside it to the left of the lines for the address.
The envelope contains 18 colorized images in one mailable booklet. The images are all colorized older photographs typically found on postcards. The images have their titles set above them in the upper right corner. There is a space on the closing flap to write a message and has the words "Greetings From" written above the lines. A brief history of the Newport Harbor "Play Port of the Pacific" is written on the inside of the rest of the envelope.
