The front features a line image of a Claude Putnam Map with an insert map showing how to reach Newport from various places. May have been issued by the Newport Harbor Chamber of Commerce, or that might be for the map image. Copyright 1941 by Claude Putnam for the map.
Unused. The reminder about rental restrictions is on the left and lines for addressing the postcard are on the right. Stamp box reads "Place 1 1/2 Cent stamp here". Likely published by the South Coast Apartment owners Associations.Subject
