A colorized photograph of the Balboa Tent City following the conversion of the tents to buildings but before the name of the establishment had changed to the Yellow Houses. The postcard is very long and railroad tracks run in front of the buildings. Most of the site can be seen in one photograph. Title is printed along the bottom of the postcard.
