A black and white photograph postcard taken along north Bay front looking at the Balboa Island Bridge and the hills that became Irvine Terrace. There are a number of small boats and canoes along the shore and a private dock. The photograph was taken around the 1100 block (the cure in the beach is visible).
Standard postcard back with an EKC stamp box. Two copies, one sent and one blank. The sent one was mailed from he Balboa island post office on June 7, 1940 at 4:30 pm to Mrs. J C Herrick in Kerrville, Texas.Subject
