A photograph of many sailboat, likely the flight of the snowbirds, taken from the peninsula looking towards Balboa Island. 526-530 South Bay Front clearly visible on the left. The small motor boat Magic Isle visible in the lower right hand corner. Sent on September 7, 1946 at 12:30 PM to Libby Ellintt [sp] in Pasadena. Standard postcard back. Used a green 1 cent Washington stamp. The postcard was printed upside down.
