The house has a wood slat covering with two different thicknesses of wood slats used in the front, a small one over the left part of the front and above a small overhang that covers the front door and right-side window of the house. The house is identified as 120 Coral by a sticker on the front and through comparisons with the photographs in the property database. A sticker on the back also identifies the house at 120 Coral. The sticker says: "N W P #63649 BIR 120 Coral 120.5- Park 31F6 Balboa Isl T1 21A" BIR should shat for Balboa Island Realty, the group that likely sold the house.
