A color photograph postcard of the "Tramp Steamer", boat entry number 40 in the Character Boat Parade. The boat was decorated as a tramp encampment with lines of clothes running from a 'mast' to the bow and several packs and bats meant to resemble tramp's bags scattered on the deck. All of the riders are dressed as tramps except one who is dressed as a clown.
