A photograph of a house original identifies at 107 Sapphire, but corrected to 108 Sapphire. The gold number beneath the porch lamp read '108'. The house was likely original. It has been demolished.
The house is a single story house. The front juts out further on the left side, likely denoting where a living room is located ot the left of the front door. The front door is covered by a roof that starts in the front right corner and ends a few feet tot he right of the front door. This portion of the house is done in vertical wood slatting with a brick base or horizontal-vertical wood slatting (alcove around front door) and grey stucco (right side of the front of the house). The roof is shingled. There is a large tree with yellow flowers in the front yard and a fire hydrant with number 1454 painted on the side set just above a Sapphire Ave sign painted on the curb.
Printed on unmarked photo paper. The photograph may have been in the front window of the Balboa Island realty office. Ther is a mark on the paper where it is slightly less discolored due to the previous presence of a sticker. Back reads: Torn down, 107 Sapphire.Lexicon
