A photograph of the original house at 111 Sapphire. The house has been torn down.
The orignal house was a single-story raised house on a brick foundation with brick stairs leading to a front door set in the side of the slightly estended left portion of the front wal. There were two sets of two windows, old weighted sliders from between 1910 and 1940. The space beloww the roof peaks is done in vertical wood panelling resmelbing upside down wood fence posts. The siding is horizontal wood panelling. THe front door is painted blue with a small bell hanging beside it and a porch light with the house plate reading 111 below it. There is a large blue and orange sold sticker near the top left hand corner.
The print is large and may have hung in the window of the Balboa Island Realty office. There is some fading. A front sticker reads:
