A photogrpah of 112 Sapphire, probably the original building on the property. It is a two story house With a window in the peak of the roof along the front and a series of dormers heading back towards waht mgiht be the fireplace along the right side. The front door is covered by a small roof supported by two wooden beams with an uneaven wood texturing on them. The peak of the covering has a small vent below it. Vertical wooden sliding is used until about halfway down the roof peaks where it turns to stucco. There is a small set of three sliding windows (weight windows, circa 1910 to 1940s) and a flower box beneath it. There is a sea gull on the covering above the front door.
An advertisement along the bottom of the photograph reads:

There is also a small circle with a 1 on it stuck in the bottom right hand corner. Much of the advertisement text is covered by a sticker reading 112 Sapphire.
