A photograph of the second house at 210 Sapphire just after the compltion of hte main construction. The house is two stories with a tudor style experior on the second floor and a brick coveringj on most of the wall on the first, save where its turned towards the front door. A large bay window sits in the front of the first floor with only a window in the tower over the front door facing the street on the second. Ther eis a second widow on the side of the tower, located over the alcove wehre the front door is located. The front yard is under construction at the time of the photograph.
The homes to either side have since been deomolished and replaced.
A sticker on the front of the photograph reads "$599,500 Home and Apartment, New". The sticker partially came off at some point. The photograph is slightly out of focus. Likely, the photograph either hung in the window of the Balboa Island Realty office or was in some kind of a binder. It does not appear faded.Made/Created
