A photograph of a two story house at 309 Sapphire. The house has a front baywindow with diamond-cut glass in it and a small square deck above it. A dubplicate bay window is set in the second floor beside the deck. The front door is at a right angle to the front wall of the house, set into an alcove space beneath the porch roof. The house foundation, front steps, and the lower half of the front wall are covered in brick as is the fireplace that runs up the left side of the front wall. The porch is held up by carved supports. Likely the second house on the property.
The photograph shows signs of fading and might have been in the front window of the Balboa Island Realty office. There are some marks of resideu on the front where an adhesive sticker might have been.Made/Created
