A photograph postcard looking up Marine Avenue towards Irvine terrace. Taken from the middle of the crosswalk on the 100 block side of the Marine/Park Intersection from an elevated position and looks straight down the middle of the street. Four copies of the postcard. Three have the title "Balboa Island, California" printed on the front in red and one has it only printed on the back. The postcards appear to have been published over either several years or several batches, but they are all virtually the same except for a number that might be a batch or year indicator and some font variations in the publisher lines.
